We are your one-stop workshop, whether you are looking to get a puncture repaired or a suspension fork custom tuned. We are justifiably proud of our workspace – and our team of Industry-certified technicians. Over the years the workshop has had the priviledge of working on all types of bicycle from our broad customer base, we have had exotic hand-built custom bikes, to run-of-the-mill town bikes, and there is little we won’t have encountered before.
Our 3 bay workshop is equipped with a huge array of the finest tools available , and we make sure if a tool does not exist to do a job, we will fabricate it for ourselves – From wheel building to frame alignment checking, we have the tool for the job.
Our team have spent the last twenty-odd years building on our knowledge of suspension, starting with the original 1989 Rockshox RS1, which although crude by modern standards, was an excellent platform to experiment with and learn the basics of tuning ride feel by adapting its simple shim stack and porting.
With our early experience of these first generation suspension forks on hand, we knew bicycle workshops were going to change forever, and we were keen to get to grips with this exciting new technology. Starting way back then we realized that to work on such complicated product we needed to make an investment in training and tooling. We now have a huge selection of in-stock bearings, bushings and seals to enable us to work on on lots of different forks and suspension systems, as well as the knowledge to diagnose awkward issues that leave other shops scratching their heads!
We have a dedicated and qualified team to cover suspension servicing and are proud to have been certified by Avid for brake service.
We have also been a Shimano Service Centre for over 10 years.
We hold a huge stock of spare parts from cables to cranks, which enables us to complete most repairs within the working day.
